Relators File Fourth Amended Complaint Against ManTech International Corp (NASDAQ "MANT").

Following a post-discovery hearing before the Honorable United States District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia granted Relator/Plaintiffs permission to file a motion for leave to file a Fourth Amended Complaint. See media coverage by clicking HERE.

March 4, 2022: Today, Relator/Plaintiffs in U.S. ex rel. Larry Hawkins et al. v. ManTech International Corp. et al, Case No. 15-cv-02105, filed a motion that seeks to update the Third Amended Complaint with a Fourth Amended Complaint. The amended complaint comports the governing complaint with the evidence revealed in discovery. Specifically, the amended complaint details how ManTech (NASDAQ "MANT") made materially false claims for payment by deliberately misrepresenting the Contract Line Items ("CLIN") and Accounts Receivable Classification Reference Numbers ("ARCN") for repairs made to Mine Resistant Ambush Protected ("MRAP") vehicles.  Specifically, the amended complaint alleges that to avoid penalties and safeguard performance incentive payments, ManTech hid cost-overruns on certain CLINs and ARCNs by deliberately and falsely billing unrelated CLINs and ARCNs.  The amended complaint provides additional details on the materially false data ManTech entered into the Standard Army Maintenance System-Enhanced ("SAMS-E") system.  Click HERE to review the proposed Fourth Amended Complaint. Click HERE to view Relators' Memorandum in support of their Motion for Leave to File the Fourth Amended Complaint and HERE to view Relators' Reply to Defendant ManTech's opposition to the filing of the Fourth Amended Complaint.
